Returns Policy

You may return most unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  If the return is a result of our error (i.e. an incorrect item was shipped) we will also reimburse the returned shipping costs.  If you have any questions about a return, please call our toll free number for assistance.

For returned items, allow 4 weeks for a refund, however, the goal is to get refunds processed much sooner.   Refund time includes the return transit time (5 to 10 business days), time to process the refund (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes for your card to process the refund (3 to 10 business days).

For returns, log into your account using your customer ID and password, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we have processed the refund.

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world.   However, some products may be restricted to some destinations.


When you place an order, shipping costs and in some cases  delivery dates will be estimated based on shipping options.  If products purchased have a predetermined shipping and handling cost, we chose the shipper. If a faster shipment is needed, please call our toll free number for assistance.  In some cases shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.

Shipping rates for many items are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found on its detail page.   All shipping weights are rounded up to full pounds.

Product cost purchases in excess of $100.00 USD do not have shipping and handling costs added to the purchase for shipments within the continental United States.
